At UniueCraft, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Important: If a claim regarding a defective product is determined to be false after careful evaluation, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

To ensure you get the correct item, please return the original item by following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
